Before You Start This Program

This training product uses active content in Internet Explorer, which requires that your Internet Explorer browser and Flash Player be configured as follows:

Internet Explorer

- In the toolbar at the top of the Explorer window, select the “Tools” menu
- Within the “Tools” menu, select “Internet Options”
- Go to the last tab on the right, marked “Advanced”, at the top of the window.
- Scroll down to the “Security” settings
- Check the first two boxes. They are marked:
            - Allow active content from CDs to run on My Computer
            - Allow active content to run in files on My Computer
- Next, go to the “Security” tab at the top of the window.
- Click “Custom Level”
- Click “Enable” on all radio buttons under “ActiveX controls and plug-ins.”

Flash Player

When you click on the link below, your browser will go to a web page entitled “Flash Player Help”. Although it looks like a screen capture, the circular buttons on it are active, and change settings on your computer.  (The Settings Manager may take a moment to load; be patient!)

Select the center radio button, “always allow.”

You may restore your Internet Explorer and Flash Player settings to their default states when this product is not in use.
